Processing times Shipping

- Exceptions: We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
- High volumes of orders: In case of high demand, shipments may experience slight delays. We will notify you of any significant delay by e-mail or phone.

Damage during Shipment

Returns policy
Conditions of Return
- Returns are only accepted for products in their original state and packaging.
- The products used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund.
How to Request a Refund
- To request an RA# (Return Authorization Number):

After approval, we will send you the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse to make the return. - To guarantee the shipping:
Use a trackable mail as we are not responsible for packages lost.
Processing of the Refund
- Once you have received the package, we will inspect the product and will issue the refund to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the details of the refund.
