Return policy (Withdrawal) and Cancellation

Case 1: Return for non-delivery

The costs incurred for the return will be borne by the client in the cases in which it has not been possible to make the delivery because of incomplete address/wrong, more than two delivery attempts at the address or not collected from the collection point.

Case 2: Cancellation
